Luckily, the lens wasn't damaged and I used it for this shot of the sunset over the Tenmile Range. Nothing spectacular but I'll take what I can get. Wish I'd had a longer lens.


By the way, Deckers Lake has a good population of tasty trout. Steve and Kirk caught enough for a nice dinner.


When I got home, I put a second screw in the block that holds the focus knob and the camera is working great. Now I love that little Shen Hao!
